• Usage data: how you interact with our platform, including pages visited and features used.

• To submit and manage your business listings across directories.
• To monitor your listings for accuracy and alert you to changes.
• To provide analytics and insights about your online presence.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send service-related communications (not marketing spam).
• To improve our platform and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing

We share your business information with third-party directories only as necessary to submit and maintain your listings — which is the core purpose of our service. We do not sell your personal data.

• Supabase: database and authentication
• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional emails
• DigitalOcean: media storage
• Anthropic (Claude): AI content generation (your data is not used to train models)

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens), and role-based access controls. We regularly review our security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
