1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listify is a business listing management platform that allows users to create, submit, sync, and monitor business listings across multiple online directories. We also provide analytics, content generation, and duplicate detection tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Use the Service to spam or abuse third-party directory platforms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Third-Party Services

Listify integrates with third-party directory platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Your use of connected services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Listify. Your business content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to distribute your business information to directories on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

Listify is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that directory submissions will be accepted or that listings will remain accurate on third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
